Therapy Process
Intake
We review your history and reason for seeking therapy.
Treatment Plan
We collaboratively develop a treatment plan that includes concrete measurable goals that matter to you.
Intervention
Using evidence-based treatment approaches, therapy often involves learning new skills and practicing these skills in order to make changes in daily life.
Symptom Tracking
It’s important to gather data throughout the treatment process to ensure we are making progress on our goals. If it turns out our chosen path doesn’t seem to be the right fit, we can decide to try a different path together.
